Lila is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, with years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership training, and 5 years in counselling. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck or find it hard to cope, she can help you get to the bottom of your issue and help you understand yourself and others. She will work with you to develop long term strategies to help you increase the confidence and the ability to feel more empowered and happier. She passionately believes in the benefit of counselling which offers you the time and opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings and pattern of behaviours that need to be addressed to bring positive changes and a better future.

Lila specialises in anger issues, relationship difficulties (both at work and in your personal life), affairs and betrayals, bereavement and loss, as well as self-esteem issues, anxiety and depression.

Lila is also an advanced NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner and bilingual in English and French. She offers an integrative approach, which brings together various elements of specific therapies to fit your individual needs and personal circumstances.
